Messiah Delhomme’s status for the upcoming season is still unknown, but the 4 Star Recruit has solidified his future for the next 4years.
The top safety in Virginia committed to Maryland Saturday during a ceremony in Newport News.
Delhomme chose Maryland over Virginia Tech, UVA, and Ohio State.
The superstar defensive back suffered a leg injury in the offseason that could keep him off the field for a chunk of the season.
While he’s the #1 safety in the state, Delhomme has been dominant in all 3 phases of the game.

The Raiders have enjoyed one of their most successful stretches in the school’s history during his 3 years.
Led by Delhomme, Warwick went 11-2 last year with their only losses coming to Phoebus and Maury.
